29th April 2013Well we (me and Carol) have entered the ballot for the London Marathon 2014. Still hoping to include the New York marathon in my plans for next year with my brother John.

20th January 2013Pavements too icy to run so forced onto treadmills at the gym! Very very boring and far too hot! Training falters a little but we ran 12k.
