Story
Cath and Carol signed up for the London Marathon 2014 in order to fulfill Cath's dream of running a marathon in her 40th year! Since losing her dad to lung cancer in December 2012, Cath has kept her head by focussing on running and raising money for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Carol (now nicknamed the beast) is a source of neverending support to Cath and is the slavedriver that keeps adding the miles :) This endeavour wouldn't be possible without Carol's constant commitment to our friendship and training schedule! Cath and Carol have become part of the Roy's Runners family and a lovely bunch they are too! We couldn't be prouder to join them in London next April!Updates
